This is an opportunity to start an open conversation around issues of gender and sexual identity.

In addition to helping St. Gregory’s become a more intentionally welcoming place for people who are rejected by other kinds of churches, there is a deeper, burning issue for me at the heart of this discussion. I truly believe that a church that is welcoming to LGBTQ+ folks is more welcoming to everyone — this includes you. The liberation of some is the liberation of all.

So, bring your questions, curiosities, and concerns. And please don’t worry about saying the “wrong” thing.

We don’t have to all be on the same page. We just have to keep walking together.
