Animal Crackers and the Blessing of the Animals
A celebration of our Animal Friends with an eclectic concert of animal-themed music sung by StGs’ professional vocal quartet and readings by Abby and Olivia! Highlights will include Eric Whitacre’s settings of Ogden Nash’s silly animal poems, Pottle/Carroll’s Jabberwocky, and of course The Lion Sleeps Tonight!

On Sunday, June 28, we had a wonderful caravan of knitters traveling to each of our new High School Graduates homes to deliver the Bibles from St. Gregory's Church along with all your letters, emails and note cards! Our wonderful Casey Kremer wen...
St Gregory’s has supported Boy Scout Troop 50 for over 50 years and a number of our own youth have participated. Eagle scouts have undertaken a number of service projects for the church.
Onsite AND Online worship - at the same time, at 9:30am starting in Advent!
God willing and supply chains cooperating, technology accessibility will be installed in our worship space in time for us to incorporate all of our worship into one service on Sunday mornings. The new cameras, sound system, and screen will allow our zoom worshippers to continue to participate and lead worship, and our onsite worshippers to see them and share in the sacred space together.
The new time (9:30am Central time) takes into account the desires and needs of the diverse part of the body of Christ that comes together as StGs Sunday worship community. We will try this time out for a season or two and see how it settles into our rhythm of life.

No matter who you are, where you are from, what is hurting you or bringing you joy, who you love, what you do, where you live, or what brought you here – you are welcome at StGs!
We are people from all walks of life, all ages and stages, and all parts of Chicagoland. Most people who worship here didn’t grow up Episcopalian, but seek to radiate God’s grace by gathering community and sharing joy and hope in the world.
We take faith seriously, but not ourselves, so we find exuberance and joy in worship and all other things we do. Seriously, even most of our meetings are fun! We are passionate about food and gathering, so most of our focus goes to those things within our worshipping community and in our broader communities.
We look forward to getting to know you.
PARKING: You can enter our parking lot from either Deerfield or Wilmot Road. Handicap parking is by the front entrance off Wilmot.
WHAT TO WEAR: Many people dress casually, others choose to dress more formally, however you come, you are welcome.
WELCOME: No matter who you are, where you are from, what is hurting you or bringing you joy, who you love, what you do, where you live, or what brought you here, you are welcome! We look forward to getting to know you.
CHILDREN: Children teach us what absolute joy looks like - and what better place to experience that then in church?
QUESTIONS: We can help. Give us a call at 847-945-1678 (M-Th 9:30-4pm or email [email protected])
