An excerpt from Acts 2:37-42 (NRSV)
They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.
Reflection from Susie Dutcher:
Peter’s teachings brought many to be baptized. They became members of a community – our community. Our current isolation has us learning new ways to be faithful, but we are still the same community.
For further study and prayer, the readings assigned for today are:
Psalm 27; Isaiah 26:7-15; Acts 2:37-42
Text by Mother Teresa, Music by Rene Clausen
“Shine through me, and be so in me
That every soul I know will feel
Your presence in my soul
Let them look up and see no longer me,
but only You.”
