Our Worship

We welcome you and invite you to become a member of our parish family. All baptized persons of any denomination or age are encouraged to receive Holy Communion, because the Holy Eucharist each Sunday is the best way to enter the life of our parish.

We would love to have you worship with us. View the Map/Directions to our parish.

Sunday Services

8:00 AM -- Holy Eucharist

A Traditional Rite One Service with Sermon. Childcare is provided.

9:00 AM -- Contemporary Family Service

Our family service of the Holy Eucharist, with our youth participating as readers, and leaders of the Nicene Creed and Prayers of the People, as well as acolytes and junior ushers. The music features contemporary songs and hymns and settings.

"The Gregorys" worship band performs monthly and on those Sundays when the Gregorys perform the service is projected overhead onto a screen.

Children's Church for ages 3 through 3rd grade runs concurrently with our 9:00 service except on Sundays when the Gregorys play. On those Sundays children are encouraged to join their parents for the church service. Otherwise, children have their own Liturgy of the Word with a children's homily and instruction about worship. At announcement time, the children join their parents in the sanctuary for the Holy Eucharist.  Childcare is provided.

10:00 AM -- Christian Education for all ages

During the school year (beginning September 7) Christian education/formation for all ages takes place each Sunday at 10:00 am between the 9:00 and 11:00 o'clock services. Catechesis of the Good Shepherd takes place in our Atrium I for ages 3-6, and Atrium II for children 7-9. There are also special classes for 10-12 year olds, junior and senior high youth. In addition, see the youth news for this week's scheduled programs for junior and senior high youth. For adults there is fellowship and an adult forum each Sunday in Founders' Hall during the 10 o'clock hour. Childcare is provided.

11:00 AM -- Holy Eucharist

A Rite II service with traditional hymns from Easter through the Season of Pentecost, and from Christmas through the Season of Epiphany. In Advent and Lent we use Rite I. Choral Service. Childcare is provided.

Wednesday Services

7:00 AM -- Holy Eucharist with healing

Our mid-week Holy Eucharist uses a variety of worship resources and offers the Sacrament of Healing. Music and short homily. Continental breakfast and fellowship follows the service.
